KNDS USA is part of the international KNDS Group (www.knds.com). We are primarily a build-to-specification sub-contract manufacturer for large defense contractors working on US and FMS programs. Our skill set makes us particularly well-suited for industries requiring high quality and record keeping standards.

Incorporated in October 1992, we possess strong, diverse capabilities in areas such as: machining, welding, assembly, inspection, quality management, program management, materials procurement, and logistics, including import/export management. Additionally, we have engineering capabilities that include mechanical design, electrical design, analysis, and manufacturing support, including complete product design ranging from defense components to training and simulation systems.

KNDS USA has established a facility near Orlando, Florida, where our training and simulation programs are led and managed. This group is supported by the main office and manufacturing location in Lynchburg, Virginia. These combined facilities and workforce enable us to provide complete manufacturing resources, from initial concept to final delivery - on cost and on schedule.
